A beautiful, traditional stone house, with much charm and character, set in a peaceful location amidst rolling, scenic countryside. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area features a working fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an authentic 4 poster bed and a full bathroom. On the first floor an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room are found. Air-conditioning units are installed in all of the bedrooms and are included in the price. Central heating is available during the winter months.
Outside is an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with roman steps which can be heated* and a separate small children's paddling pool. Sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower, table and chairs, covered terrace, barbeque area are also provided. The villa is approached via its own private driveway with parking for several cars.
The villa is within walking distance of Peristerona, a small, neat traditional village with a small grocery store, taverna, coffee shop and museum. The beaches and town of Polis are within 10-15 minutes drive of the villa with the fishing resort of Latchi and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular beyond. The harbour and town of Paphos is approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa.
